1. Aside from the exceptions stated below, all courses will be conducted online in accordance with the "Procedures and Principles of Distance Education in Higher Education Institutions".
2. Courses will be held online through the SABİS system within the hours indicated in the face-to-face weekly program. Virtual classrooms will be defined by the relevant instructor. In addition, necessary documents (PowerPoint, Pdf, Word, links to previous courses, etc.) will be uploaded to the existing courses on the system using the document module.
3. Attendance will not be required for online courses. Online courses will be available for rewatching.
4. The university’s compulsory Turkish Language, Atatürk’s Principles and History of Turkish Revolution, and Basic Information Technology courses; and applied classes such as internships, graduation projects, design, non-university practice etc. will be conducted asynchronously.
5. Courses such as Vocational Education Practices in BusinessAdministration, Workplace Practice, Vocational Practice, Applied Engineering Training (UMDE), Internships and Teaching Practices will be held face-to-face.
6. The decisions regarding the educational activities in the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Health Sciences, Vocational School of Health Services and Institutes will be determined and announced by the relevant committees.
7. The decisions regarding TÖMER and other foreign language preparatory classes will be determined and announced by the relevant committees.
8. The students who/whose family reside in the provinces affected by the earthquake will be given the right to freeze their registration upon their request. This period will not be deducted from the maximum study period of the program.
9. The above-stated decisions may be reconsidered depending on the developments.
